Being a Bear Cub Scout is an exciting journey for third graders who are ready to discover new things, take on fun challenges, and enjoy every step of the way!

As part of the Cub Scouts program, Bear Scouts dive into hands-on activities that spark curiosity and build confidence. Hiking, whittling, building projects, exploring nature, and helping in their communities are just the start! Every step is an adventure, and each one helps scouts grow stronger in character, teamwork, and leadership.

With the support of family, friends, and enthusiastic leaders, Bear Scouts work toward earning their Bear badge by completing awesome challenges called “adventures.” It's all about making new friends, discovering cool skills, and building memories that last a lifetime—all while living by the Scout Oath and Law.
